These Terms of Use govern your use of Zenlink, a third-party app for Zendesk Sell. By using Zenlink, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use Zenlink.
Zenlink is a Chrome extension that allows users to add contacts into the Zendesk Sell CRM directly from the LinkedIn website. When the user signs up to Zenlink, they provide their email address, create a password, and give their Zendesk Auth0 Personal Access Token (PAT) which allows the app to insert data into their Zendesk CRM.
Zenlink and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the company that owns Zenlink and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of Zenlink, use of Zenlink, or access to Zenlink without the express written permission by the company that owns Zenlink.
Zenlink is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The company that owns Zenlink makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of Zenlink or the information, content, materials, or products included on Zenlink.
The company that owns Zenlink will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of Zenlink, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
The company that owns Zenlink reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use by posting the updated terms on the Zenlink website. Your continued use of Zenlink following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
